Mr R. Sivakumar - Regional Adviser - is a former ECS Manager South India, British Council, Chennai, who Heads the Regional Office in Chennai, covering the States of Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Kerala, Pondicherry and Tamil Nadu. Mr Sivakumar has been awarded the Education UK Certificate from the British Deputy High Commission with a Distinction.
Mr Sivakumar is also the Director of EMPOWER Overseas Education Consultants (EOEC).
Barbara Ann Victor - the Adviser and Director is a former Development Consultant with CIDA (The Canadian International Development Agency) (See Certificates); an Adviser with Study Group on UK Education and is responsible for the Finance, Advertising and HR Matters of the Company.
In addition, there are former British Council Senior Executives, who are Advisers in English Language Teaching and Training and Project Management.
The Advisers have several years of experience in Overseas Education with a unique combination of specialisations covering ELT, Education Promotion, Education Counselling, Project Management for Research and Training, Collaborations for Academic Institutions, and Library Management.
Frank Joseph Victor and Mr Sivakumar have attended both the Modules of Singapore Education Specialist Programme. The Singapore Tourism Board (STB) has accredited TIE&TAC as one of the Advisers on Singapore Education.

These contacts are important resources, which the Centre draws on, when identifying appropriate projects for Overseas Collaborations, On-line Learning, Education Promotion, Marketing and Consultancy Services.
